This training targets specific interpersonal, group, and organisational communication skills which can be improved, and which will benefit the individual employee personally, and achieve more effective communication in your business.
At the end of this training you will:
- be able to reflect and evaluate your own communication style based on current communication theory
- be able to improve listening and questioning skills when giving feedback
- recognise the importance of non-verbal communication, self-concept, assertion, perception, gender styles and culture on communication
- understand the roles within a group and how to use group dynamics to get the most out the team and,
- recognise and develop strategies to prevent communication breakdown and manage conflict effectively.
